When going to airport took 30 minutes instead of 10 because shuttle was not strictly for airport passengers...I did not realize this!

This was a very easy parking experience, making the reservation, getting to the location and getting the hotel shuttle bus to DCA went very smoothly. All my personal interactions were professional and friendly. When I had to adjust my pick up time to be a little later, it was a simple email and it was taken care of. I will definitely use book2park for all my future needs.

My whole experience was unbelievable. I parked with no problems. The shuttle came immediately. The drivers were wonderful and friendly. On my return I called the front desk from the airport. The desk receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes later and dropped me at my car. I�ll definitely do this next time I travel.

The hotel said it was 3.5 miles from airport. But it was 6.8 miles- the difference meant a $20 cab fare as when we called shuttle at 10:30 pm they said no shuttle service now. so we had to take a cab to get car. There is something called truth in advertising- this was not a service that was advertised truthfully!
Simple easy process
Returned to departure airport - called hotel and discovered that shuttle driver was ill and no shuttle available. However, hotel desk clerk instructed us to take a taxi to hotel and they reimbursed for the cost of the taxi - a most fair solution. Overall a minor inconvenience to what what might have been a more serious problem.
