The covered park is great, and used Uber to get to here from and to the airport for about $22 one-way. Just make sure that the electronic ticket works when you leave the parking, otherwise you need to call someone to let you get out. I was happy with the overall experience.

WeI came back Friday morning 7/22 at 7am after flying all night. When I got to my car the battery was dead. I told one of the attendants who immediately went and got a portable charger and followed me to my car. After a few attempts it still wouldn't start without a word he left and came back with a cer and we jump started my car. I tried to tip him but he wouldn't take it saying that he was glad to help me. My biggest mistake is not getting his name. But he rescued me and I would like to say thank you.

Booked parking for 16 days at the Hyatt Regency Reston. Instructions on the receipt was very clear for what to do before and after. Directions to the hotel was provided and so was the hotel's contact information. Did not have to interact with the hotel attendant until the day of pick up. Shuttle picked up at the airport on the hour and the driver explained that customers using book2park would need to proceed to the front desk. Went to front desk and quickly received a garage card to exit after showing the clerk my receipt, and just like that we were on our way. Parking could not have been easier along with travel to/from the airport. Will certainly use book2park for parking on all my travels.

I was completely satisfied with the cost, and especially happy that the lot was covered. My only complaint was that the pickup from the hotel occurs only once per hour. On our return, we were delayed through customs, and ended up missing the shuttle. We were exhausted after 18 hours of travel, and as a result, we had to pay for a cab to take us to the hotel parking lot, rather than waiting an hour for the next pickup. Other than that, the whole thing went very smoothly.
