the directions as provided was spot on. Nice covered parking and timely delivery to the airport. Driver was courteous and made sure we knew what to do when we got back. Got a parking pass to exit right when I got back to the hotel and was back in my car in no time.

I left a day early, however, I have no complaints. The parking location was safe and secure, the staff were friendly and knowledge and the rate was a blessing. I will refer you to my friends.

No problem whatsoever with service, other than difficulty in exiting parking lot. I didn't know in which receptacle I should put the exit ticket, but eventually figured it out.

The service from the hotel attendants, particularly the front door attendant, Josï¿½, was outstanding. Returning at 11:00 PM to a dead car battery Sunday night I frankly do not know what would've happened to us and what we could've done without Josï¿½. His performance alone will make me use this facility again. The front desk attendants were also helpful. Everyones was performance was outstanding. They could improve the driving instructions.
