Overall the experience was pleasant, however when I arrived to the hotel at 4am on a Saturday morning there were no parking spots available -- at all. I had to park in the front 'check in' loop to inquire inside. The receptionist had no idea what to do about the situation. I ended up having to leave my keys for my car to be parked later by hotel staff. When I returned a couple days later and went to the desk to collect my keys the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. We eventually located the keys in a drawer so everything ended well, but if you pay for a parking spot there should be one available and that cannot be guaranteed here.

Friendly staff. The shuttle driver was a true gentleman and customer driven person. Easy process and plenty of parking. Shuttles depart from the hotel approximately every 30 minuets on the half hour. Minimal wait time at either the hotel or for airports pick- up. I highly recommend this facility!

The experience was very easier than I thought. I just had to sign in and wait for the shuttle to go to the airport which was very fast and polite. When I came back, I called back the hotel and told them the door where I was standing at drop off and it took less than 10 min for the driver to get there. she was very polite and helpful. I didn't have to sign out and just took my car and drove off. This was very simple and would recommend it to anyone.

Booked just parking at Aloft BWI for one week. Shuttle leaves the hotel every half an hour. Front desk just needed our tag number and the young lady was pleasant at 7am. Called when we were getting off of the plane and was told to call back once we retrieved our luggage. We don't check luggage so I called when we were in the terminal and was told to go to the second curb outside of the departure door, which is on the top floor, told them the door number we were outside of and with 15 minutes we were on the shuttle back to the hotel! Very kind shuttle driver! Would recommend this book to park location! I had read that they picked up at the departure level and not the arrival level where baggage claim is so I was aware of where I needed to be waiting.
