I missed the airport pickup..confusion over the multiple vans picking up at door 15.lication #48. I wasn't expecting.... In the dark I mis-identified a dimly lit van, it was not DoubleTree. Another Hilton. They courteously finally delivered me to DoubleTree. Very gracious..! Other wise, other than duplicate desk registration for mirror tag and all contact repeated..a tiny time pinch.. I will reccomend

Even at the last minute, I was able to reserve and park without issues. My only concern/complaint is that the shuttle that was to pick me up from the airport did not have the name of the hotel but the name of the hotel's restaurant on the side. So I missed it and stood outside for 40 minutes in the cold. Fortunately, after a follow-up phone call, the driver was able to come right back and I was promptly taken to my car. Overall, everyone was pleasant; I was picked up and dropped off at the airport; and my car was where I left.

Overall it was a very good experience parking at the Doubletree Hilton hotel. I saved some money because it�s cheaper than the airport parking lots. I also received a fresh chocolate chip cookie from the desk when I signed in. On my return I called for the shuttle and had to wait 15 minutes outside. That was not bad and retrieving my car from the lot was easy. I will do it again.
