This was the easiest way to park off site from the airport. The hotel front desk had me fill out a simple form, showed me where to park, while the shuttle driver loaded our luggage. He dropped us off right at the curbside check-in. On our return trip, the shuttle was already at the airport, drove us directly to my vehicle, and even transferred our luggage into my car. Great service and all with a very pleasant attitude. I will definitely do this again!

Being a travel advisor, I fly a lot and always park at the BWI Double Tree by Hilton using Book2Park. Once I found this rare gem, I've been utilizing the service for a few years. It's close to several food locations so I can stop and get a sandwich before I head to the hotel. The ease of registering the vehicle is so convenient and have also stayed at the hotel coming in from extremely late flights.

My family and I used the Doubletree by Hilton BWI Parking Location from Sunday, July 20th through Sunday July 27th while we were on vacation in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was our second time using the facility within a month. The location is only one mile from the airport. The staff members are polite, professional, and friendly, Our car was in the same condition as we left it. I would recommend using Book2Park's Doubletree by Hilton BWI Parking Location.

My husband and I parked our vehicle at the Doubletree by Hilton BWI near the Baltimore Washington International Airport from 6/21/25 to 6/28/25. We had a very helpful, considerate, and patient shuttle bus driver on 6/21/25. A lady on the shuttle bus thought that she had left a document at the front desk. The driver offered to go inside and retrieve it. It wasn't there after all. So the woman realized that she must have left it in her car. She told the driver that he could go ahead and she would take the next shuttle. The driver asked the other people on the bus if we minded waiting for her to check her car. Everyone was supportive of waiting, and she retrieved the document. The issue was resolved quickly, and everyone was happy. On 6/28/25, our driver was very professional and engaging. He picked us up at the designated location, that was printed on the card that I was given the day of departure. He arrived in a timely manner, after my phone call to the Doubletree by Hilton. He discussed sports with my husband on the way from the airport to the hotel. Our car was in the same condition, as it was on the day we left it. I highly recommend parking at the Doubletree by Hilton near BWI International Airport. It's very close to the airport, and both of the drivers were polite, helpful, and considerate.
