I picked up the shuttle at 4am and 1am respectively and had fabulous service. The Shuttle was very timely and courteous. I highly recommend the Doubletree for you airport parking needs. If they can provide such excellent service at these hours of the day, I know you will have smooth travels to the airport with them during normal working hours as well!

I fly about once a month to Florida and have been parking at the DoubleTree Hilton at BWI for a long time. The ease and convenience getting to and from the airport, as well as the availability of rooms in the few cases of super late night flights (and the desire to not drive 1.5 hours home) is always appreciated. I've gotten to know the pleasant drivers like a Bob and Muhammad, and we always have easy conversation on our short shuttles to and from the gates. I highly recommend book2park services.

I have used this shuttle van several times and it�s always been a good experience. I used to park at another hotel nearby but changed to this one because the other hotel�s van took too long to pick up from the airport. The drivers were friendly, especially the one on our way back, an older middle aged white guy with glasses. Very friendly� they leave on time and picked us up at 8:13pm. The only complain is that when I called the reception desk the lady told me that they did not know whether or not the driver had already left the hotel to come to the airport and she could not give me an answer. Other than that everything was perfect and I was very happy with their service, especially the fact that I don�t have to wait long for the van on the way back.
