Easy to use. Cheaper than long term IAD parking.

The website for booking is clear and easy to use. Options to change or extend the booking are helpful when travel plans change. It was a very smooth process to reserve parking online (and much cheaper than three weeks at airport long term lot) and follow up with the hotel front desk. I parked my car in the back lot of the hotel (where staff directed) and placed a dashboard sign indicating my parking dates. I definitely recommend this service if you need to leave your car at the airport; use an airport hotel instead and take their shuttle (or use ride service).

Good reliable service, but shuttle is only once per hour would be nicer if shuttle was 2x per hour during daytime open parking lot (not covered)

What�s to say about parking your car? Book and pay on this site. Show up with your car. Leave it there. Come back on time and take your car! Easy Peasy, right? However, what if your flight is delayed or cancelled? Book 2 Park sends you an email a day or two before you are due back asking if you need to extend. Cool. I will return.

That was my first time using this parking and I have to say it was great! I didn't have any troubles finding the hotel, just put in the address in the GPS and was able to find it. The employee that was working that day was polite and helpful and answered my questions. Upon arrival I called the hotel to request a shuttle, spoke with a different employee who was also nice and helpful and the shuttle came and got us 15 min later. Overall would recommend and would use again!
