The only "issue/negative aspect" related to using this particular parking facility was the requirement by the hotel to go inside to the reception desk, present the Book2park receipt, fill out a form with the vehicle information, and obtain a second parking pass document to place on the vehicle dashboard prior to parking in the facility. In my opinion, the Park2Go forms should have been sufficient IF they were provided to the hotel at the time of booking the reservation. Otherwise, this was a very convenient location.

I was very nervous about this new parking experience. However, directions from website were very straightforward. Using this service was incredibly easy and convenient. Easy to catch the shuttle. Front desk was helpful in explaining process. Will definitely be parking here again for any future trips!

All went well. They have great customer service from the front desk to the shuttle personnel. Google Map GPS directed us in the wrong direction. Fortunately, we were familiar with the area. It's located parallel to Route 1 in Crystal City.

The service is at par..easy to get to the shuttle and back. Customer service js great as well. It's a covered court so we feel safe leaving our car there, although when we got our car it was showing it needed some air. I have yet to check my tires . i'm still jet lagged , all I wanted to do soon as I got out of the airport was to go home. Other than that, I am satisfied with the serivces.
