This was my first time using Book2park.com and the process was very simple. The price ($9/day) was also very reasonable with an added discount ($2) from an online coupon I discovered. There were ample and decent size parking spaces available at the Westin Crystal City. The welcome and service delivery I received from the hotel staff upon returning to pick up my car was exceptional. The shuttle driver was also very pleasant. I will definitely utilize this service again and select the Westin Crystal City for parking. Thank you!

I was very hesitant to use this parking service, but the cost helped me to go ahead and use it rather than park at the airport ...I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely use the service again, should I have to fly out of Reagan. Thank you for offering this service and great rate.

Had to reschedule because outbound flight cancelled. No problem. Very courteous, efficient, no hassle. Great parking option, esp. because of covered garage. Only minor complain is that shuttle bus only runs every l/2 hour and because it was so cold opted to take cab instead ($15).

This was an excellent parking experience. The location was easy to find and in close proximity to the airport. The staff at the hotel and in the garage were extremely helpful. The shuttle service was on time in both directions. Overall this was an outstanding parking experience. I will recommend Book 2 Park to friends and family and I will definitely use Book 2 Park and the Westin Hotel again.
