Using Book2Park was easy, convenient, and stress free. We stayed at the Crystal City Westin for the night before departing. They were friendly and accommodating. We parked our car in the underground secure parking garage of the hotel and didn�t have to worry after that. The hotel shuttle took us to the airport the next morning in minutes, dropping us off at our terminal. The return was just as easy. We waited about 10-15 minutes at the Hotel pickup area for the Westin bus. They returned us to the hotel, who then checked our parking pass, validated it and we were done. It couldn�t have been easier.

The Westin parking facility and the hotel services were excellent. The parking facility was easy to find and enter, it was well lit and parking spaces were readily available. The shuttle service was very timely both from the hotel and the return from the airport. This was an excellent experience and I will use this service and facility again.

Great experience with book2park. Easy, helpful on the phone. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. The Westin was a great location. Super safe, clean, and the staff treated us the same as a hotel guest, even with my kids causing a ruckus in the lobby. Very pleased.
