My experience parking my car at the Westin was excellent. The facility was easy to find, there was plenty of parking available when I arrived, and the facility was well lit and easily accessible. The cost was very reasonable and it's so close to the airport. I have used this parking facility in the past and would definitely use it again.

I love parking at the Westin Crystal City when I fly out out of DCA. Everyone is always very helpful. Upon my return this time, they had to borrow a shuttle from a sister-hotel and put their sign on the front of it. I am not the most observant person after a 4 hour flight, so I would have missed it while standing at the airport curb but the driver actually got out and looked for me to ensure I knew my shuttle had arrived to take me back to the hotel. Now that's great service!
