While the hotel attendant and the driver were very courteous (no complaints), it was hard for us to sit and wait almost 30 mins while waiting for the next half-hour shuttle when other lots pick us up immediately as we park. (We were pulling in as the shuttle was leaving.) Then, when arriving after our flight, instead of watching for the shuttle we usually use, we had to call for this shuttle. Cost not that much different.

It was a really good experience. I parked my car where I was told and when I returned everything was good with it. The shuttle took me straight to the airport when I got there and when I returned, I called them and they were there to pick me up within 10-15 minutes of my call to take me back to my car. I would definitely use them again. Very convenient.
