The only issue we had is the fact that the hotel shuttle service stopped running at 10p. Not sure if this was overlooked when I booked or was not disclosed. That was the only inconvenience. Everything else was nice.
Highly recommend location and had great interactions with the staff
Everything went well with the hotel garage and the shuttle to and from the airport, it just lacked some finer instructions. For instance, when you turn into the hotel, it might help to say that you will need to push to get a ticket, but then go check in with the front desk to get a garage key-card so you can exit when your session is over. Just little things like that which can make a big difference in how smooth everything goes.
Seamless. Super hospitable staff. Convenient, cost-effective, and safe.
I didn't have any problems parking or leaving after I got back from my trip. Customer Service at the hotel I parked at, made the experience pleasant.
Very easy to use. Jeep Grand Cherokee fit just fine in garage. Close to airport and speedy shittle!
BEST SERVICE Ive ever had out of DCA. Friendly staff. Very quick service.
Very efficient.I found a spot easily. I checked in with the receptionist in the lobby who directed me to the shuttle. Short wait and quick ride to the airport. Driver was very pleasant and made sure to inform me of the shuttle hours and procedure for my return. I called the front desk on my return and the shuttle promptly arrived. Check in with the front desk on your return for an exit card. Overall great experience and I would definitely use this service again.
Among the covered parking facilities from many hotels, this place is the most competitive pricing! The receptions is great! But, here are the downsides: 1. Parking space is very tight! Sorm areas even have height limitations, so if you're not that good in parking experience, you'll be having a great deal of challenges. 2. The shuttle is stopped at 10pm, so if your flight landed 9:30pm or later, you're out of luck! Uber costs $25-$30 from the airport to the hotel, not the end of the world, but your saving in finding place just not worth it anymore! Hope that helps for your decision as where to park your car.
Compared to DCA long term it is just as close, inside, and about $11 less per day. The Hilton garage is very tight and hard to navigate. When I arrived it was pretty messy with trash on the ground, but it's just a parking garage. I did not use the shuttle, but it is 1 min. walking to DCA's terminal B and .4 min. to the closest metro. Overall easy and reasonably priced. Checking in and out was very easy, which was by concern.
