This the second time I have used Book2park for off-site parking new Washington DC's National Airport. Effortless...Hilton employees were super and the shuttle driver was on time and most congenial. Great price and I will most certainly be a repeat customer for certain.

Did web search to find convenient locations in proximity to airport, economical price, height requirements, known parking facility and and ease of access. Hilton National Landing met the criteria. Shuttle service provided going and returning from airport. Called number to setup shuttle service immediately after exiting the plane. Shuttle was timely and ride to hotel short. Exchange at front desk to get exit instructions and card to exit parking garage was pleasant and efficient. Upon arrival at vehicle, all appeared to be in order. Exit and Dropbox for token card was effortless. Couldn�t have asked for a better experience.

Super nice staff. The garage is right around 6 ft high on lower levels. Had no problem with our full sized suv.

You don't even need to go to the front desk, just straight down to level P2. Just scan the barcode at the gate. Then the shuttle makes its rounds to terminal A and B every 17 minutes. There is a QR code to track it. Going to make my next reservation now!
