Easy process and accommodating venue

Parked at the Comfort Suites for 3 weeks. Shuttle was on time and prompt and plenty of uncovered parking. Process was easy, signed in and was given a parking pass. When I returned, I called the hotel and was picked up promptly. Got to my car to find the battery was dead and the front desk staff helped me jump start the car without delay. Will certainly park here again when flying out of Dulles for the convenience, safety and helpful staff.

Great savings over other long term options Check fixed schedule to airport - but they happily took us earlier when they had a pickup

I had a great experience using the park and ride at Chantilly Comfort Suites . The female driver was prompt and friendly. the shuttle comfortable and the parking lot was safe and well lit. I like that many of their drivers have been there for years.

I used their parking during a trip and arrived early in the morning in pouring rain. Had trouble pulling up my reservation, but the front desk quickly helped me with Wi-Fi and got everything sorted in minutes. The shuttle driver went above and beyond�offered coffee and even took me early before the scheduled departure time. On my return, the shuttle arrived faster than expected. Customer service like this is rare these days. If I ever need a hotel in the area, I�ll definitely stay here.Excellent service from the beginning Highly recommend!
