It was generally a smooth experience. One problem with checking in: The hotel required additional paperwork when I was checking in. This requirement should have been communicated to me in advance. A problem with pick-up at the airport: The hotel didn't make it clear that the traveler, after arriving at the airport, needs to call the hotel to request a pickup. Also, the hotel should have informed the traveler before hand that travelers will be picked up at the departure level and specific doors.

Unfortunately we were on an international flight and had to walk 17 doors plus to get to van. Called and they were there in 10-15 minutes which was excellent. Driver was exceptionally courteous. Again had to walk to car. Had to come back as my wife left Shaw on van. Driver apologized and said he would hav taken us to car if he would have k own.
