To add to my previous review that gave EconoParkExpress.com highest marks: If EconoParkExpress.com doesn't already have charge points for electric vehicles with discounted parking rates for electric cars, The aforementioned is to support the following expressed earlier: Added value would be if the owners explored the idea of covering the lot with solar panels to off-grid their costs and to offer the region a supplier at a drastically discounted rate as compared to the area's electric company. That action would model behavior for other companies to lower the planet's carbon footprint!! Moreover, the concept would create another income center while adding a marketing spin that sets them apart from the competition. Though the project might inspire others to emulate, being first to pioneer a novel eco friendly solution will be a legacy that will serve the company forever.

First time user: I found the EconoParkExpress.com location very easily by GPS. The associate at the gate afforded me clear directions to locate a parking spot in the lot. The shuttle picked me up at my truck without delay. I was delivered to SWair in an expeditious manner and bags were handled quickly; so, I tipped accordingly. On return, since the shuttle runs 24/7, I was quickly picked up even though my flight was delayed 3 hours. So, no need to call to request a pick up, Just position yourself between doors #7-9 at BWI arrivals for the shuttle pick up. Full instructions are on your ticket that you should keep with you while traveling. I was surprised that the driver offered me a cold bottle of water which I needed, especially since flights dehydrate the body. That extra customer care is another touch that sets this company apart from others that I have used. I was delivered expeditiously to my vehicle. Again, bags were handled with high energy and I tipped the driver $3. At the gate, I presented the ticket I was given at the gate at the start of my parking session. The associate at the gate also wanted a printed copy of my online receipt and/or coupon at departure from the lot. I would have preferred a daily price of $5/day; but, $6 and change motivated me to choose EconoParkExpress via Book2Park when my usual $5/day option was booked.
