The shuttle driver wrote down my parking spot location and handed to me for when I returned. That is a great process. Shuttles are timely and offer free bottle of water. Be sure to put your ticket in your visor or cup holder of car. Not dashboard because sun will turn the ticket black and illegible.

The price I got through Book2park at the EconoPark Express lot at BWI was exceptional. The process was easy to use, from reserving to paying. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The lot at Econopark was secure and their shuttle service was awesome. Our flight was over 2 hours late returning, and their shuttle was on the ball even at 3 AM. I waited less than 10 minutes for pickup. I didn't even have to call and they were there. Didn't even have to pay extra for being late because the lot charges by day not hour.

Excellent service. They get you to the A/P fast, they were there waiting when we returned and got out of the A/P. The shuttles run all the time, 24 hrs. Our driver did an excellent job and he was very pleasant and humorous. They give you a card with the spot number on it so you don't have to remember where you parked.

I am very pleased with your services. I happen to have lost my keys on the way to the airport. When i arrived to my destination i discovered they were missing. I became frantic looking for them. I was calling the airline and it was going to be a wait before I heard from them. My husband suggest I call the parking lot. I was able to speak to someone. I was informed my keys were found on the bus that dropped us off. I was so relieved. I was able to enjoy my vacation without the worry. Thank You

They seem to have a very efficient system at this lot. Very large parking area but the shuttle will find you when you park and will assist you with your bags. The pickup instructions are very clear and I only had to wait about 3 mins for a shuttle to arrive.
