I really don't mind parking here except that they never came to pick me up at the airport until I called which baffled me since they do have the pick up time that are already prescheduled. Other than this, I love parking here. The drivers are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.

The driver who brought us TO the airport was fantastic. In fact, he is our favorite driver. He is jolly, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The driver who brought us BACK to the lot was unsatisfactory. He was kind and helpful, but he wasted everyone's time. He waited until every spot on the entire bus was filled, and he gave the entire bus a presentation about his role before we departed the airport.

The discount received via Book2Park was significant enough to consider using again in the future. The reasons for 4 stars versus 5 are the arriving attendant was not very congenial and the lot seemed full to the point that safety seemed unimportant. The drivers were very polite and I had no scheduling concerns. I will use this location and service again.
