Proximity to airport is fantastic. I like the �on call� all night status so if plane comes in during the wee hours they arrive within ten minutes to pick you up. Parking is covered which is important with the rain, sleet and snow that one may encounter here in Virginia.

I am very happy with this service and will use it again and would recommend it to others. The main selling feature to me was the covered garage as we were parking a new vehicle there during thunderstorm season. I also like that the airport parking was completely blocked off from general parking and supervised by an attendant and gate. Getting to and from the airport was easy and very efficient. Excellent service!

I couldn't find the lot on Parcher, so I can't speak to that (conditions, etc.) I do wish the address would have been more visible or additional signage. But, the shuttle speed, cost and adherence to schedule were exceptional. I will definitely use this service again.

This was probably one of the easiest ways to get to the airport for me and my family. The parking structure was close to the airport hotel that we are supposed to catch the shuttle from. The parking lot attendant was very courteous and extremely helpful by providing instructions on how to get back from the airport when we return. The parking structure transfer shuttle to the hotel was nice and the driver was helpful in getting all of our suitcases loaded before we parked, so we didn't have to bring it down two parking levels and then load on the shuttle. Rather he had us I'll our stuff out, load it in the shuttle, allowed my family to wait in the shuttle while I parked our car. The hotel was nice and had a nice seating area in the lobby that we were able to stay in until the shuttle was ready to go. When we returned the hotel shuttle service dropped us off directly at the parking structure instead of expecting us to wait at the hotel for the parking shuttle to come and get us. That was extremely convenient especially traveling with a child. I will most definitely be using the service again.
