We like the location and the shuttle services of this hotel. The shuttle is very prompt and on time as advertised.

I was a little confused on how to get into the garage but once I checked with the hotel to be certain every went according to plan. The van was ready to take us to the airport when we got there. We arrived back around 6am and the shuttle came to get us in a good time.

It was very easy to make the reservation and also extend it since we got flight cancellation. We used this place first time, but definitely will be using again.

I parked right outside the hotel so I felt better about security. The driver was very helpful both ways. I had to wait a bit for my shuttle coming back and it was freezing! That�s the only downfall. If you miss the shuttle, you have to wait a half hour.

This was my first time using this service and it was great! So convenient and close to where I needed to be. Easy to use, too. Very helpful attendant/driver. Thank you! P.S. The only suggestion I have is that there could be more identification of the business at the entryway. There is not a sign for this business at the entry. There is a sign for a department store's parking but that only confused me.
