First shuttle out, driver drove a little fast and had rap music on at 5am. Should have put step stool out for getting in. Otherwise, driver was pleasant.

The process was so easy - I had no issues with dropping off and my plane was hate coming back - I called the hotel and it was after 12am and I was still picked up - I really appreciated that since otherwise I would have had to take a taxi

Very easy, professional. I dropped my car keys in the van. Didnt know it, until I got a txt from not only the driver, but the clerk. I was so relieved. Will be recommending them every chance I get. And I surely will be using book2park from niw on. Thanks for the experience.
