Great, friendly staff that was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate me. The location is close to the airport. Will definitely choose them again over the large lots.

Nice hotel. A little trouble finding it as it is tucked in behind other hotels. Desk staff could not direct us there when we said we were at the Marriott which is in front of the Aloft.

I received a number for a 4.00 credit for being new customer and I did not find a place to enter the number, therefore I was not able to receive my 4.00 discount on check out. Otherwise this was a painless process. Thank you.

Service fast and friendly. Lot was clear of snow and ice and our vehicle was in perfect condition. The price for the parking was very good. Will use this service again if we are lucky enough to take future cruises!

Short easy ride to and from airport. Shuttle runs every 30 mins. However on our return trip (the day we got 8 ins. of snow) we called for shuttle and the driver came immediately so we didn't have to wait. I tried to give all 5's but couldn't drag the arrow.
