We have used Book2Park at the Aloft near BWI many times and have found it to be a good service for a good price and the attendants have always been top notch and friendly / helpful. The only suggestion for improvement I have would be to have better coordination for pick up at the airport upon return. This time we saw the van pass right by and it did not stop for us the first time around which ended up making it a much longer wait by the time it finally did come at least 20 minutes later. It was late and we were tired - plus I got bitten twice by mosquitos while waiting! The hotel front desk staff should be informed of exactly what to tell the passengers since this time the clerk was telling us to go to the wrong curb for pick up - which we knew from prior experience was wrong and the driver said he would have preferred she tell us to meet upstairs rather than the baggage claim level since it would have been quicker with less traffic (which must be where he actually went the first time around). So there needs to be better communication / coordination with everyone on the same page for pick up! Also, due to events being held - there was only 1 parking spot left when we arrived which has never happened before but it was concerning since we needed to get to the airport without delay.

Very friendly driver. Clean shuttle. My only criticism is this: when your flight arrives at BWI, you collect your bags on the ground floor (arrival level). When you call for your shuttle pick up, you are instructed to go upstairs to catch the shuttle, on the "departure" level of the airport, instead of downstairs on the "arrival" level. We had 4 big bags, between the two of us, which were inconvenient to lug upstairs and out to the curb. If you have a lot of luggage, get yourself a cart to get yourself upstairs for the pick up.
