Things went pretty well, and at a reasonable cost. For longer stays at Dulles, I'd definitely consider using this service again. The shuttle there was particularly good, and the instructions were clear to meet the return shuttle (which was a little slower to collect us, but still not bad (around 20 minutes wait at the bus stop).
