Reasonably priced and efficient! I almost missed the last shuttle of the evening, so it might be a good idea to extend the shuttle by another half or full hour, in case planes are late (as mine was). I waited for over 20 minutes for the shuttle. Thanks!

This is our second time packing our car with book2park.com. Shuttle was on time both going to the airport and returning from the airport. Shuttle drivers are friendly. Parking was good except for the fact that there was construction material in some of the parking spaces (roped off). This was not the case our first experience so I assume it is only temporary for the hotel. Again, it was an excellent experience! We will continue to book with this company and make referrals to others.

Great idea and excellent service. The staff at the Embassy Suites Crystal City were courteous and efficient. The shuttle was on time. There were no issues except at the airport construction area where they lacked signs for where the Hotel Shuttle picked up between Doors 2 and 3.. (That's an airport problem, not the Book2 Park service.)
