Great idea and excellent service. The staff at the Embassy Suites Crystal City were courteous and efficient. The shuttle was on time. There were no issues except at the airport construction area where they lacked signs for where the Hotel Shuttle picked up between Doors 2 and 3.. (That's an airport problem, not the Book2 Park service.)
