I thought the parking service was worth a 5. Check in was smooth and easy. The only suggestion I have is to let people know where the garage entrance is as it�s a bit hidden on the side of the building. The gentleman at the desk told us but it�s a bit tricky to find. I�ve already recommended this service to a friend as it makes traveling easier than searching for a car in the long term lot!

We would use book2park again when flying out of IAD. The transfers to and from the airport went smoothly. My only problem was finding our car on our return in the huge parking garage. The garage needs more marking identifications on columns or walls. Example G1A, G2B, G2C
