It was very convenient and efficient. I was able to reserve my parking the same day I needed it, and the process was easy. Unfortunately, I just missed the shuttle I had wanted because it was difficult to find the property I was parking at.

Good underground parking with elevator access. Car stays out of the weather and no stairs to climb unlike Kohls Park & Fly nearby. Shuttle every 30 minutes quite reliable, but schedule to airport and back is tight so I would not be surprised if they start running behind at busy times. Nice clean restroom in hotel lobby. Hotel parking area a little hard to find in huge underground garage shared with office/shopping complex. Parking is part of small shopping strip mall where it is easy to grab a bite before heading home after a long flight.

We used Book 2 Park for the first time for a trip to Italy between June 28 and July 12, 2019. Since the extended forecast for the period was (not surprisingly) for very hot weather, we opting for underground (covered) parking. We could be happier with the experience. When the need arises again, we would not hesitate to use the services of this firm. In a word - Excellent!
