The parking lot at the Hyatt Regency, Reston was easily accessible. I could easily find parking, and the process to get in and get out was easy. Service desk personnel at the Hyatt Regency were very helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was according to the schedule, and did not have to wait or call the Hotel. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the service, and I plan to use the parking service in the future.

It was not clear to me where I was be picked up from Dulles. I missed two pickups. I first to where indicated passengers pickup. Then went to departures where I lift off when I flew to Europe. The next shuttle did have anyone to leave off so I missed that. Where I live in the mountains we do not have cell phones. Information booth was not open. Finally ask one of the employees if I could use their cell phone. The hotel telephone was not listed with the address. In fact listed at all for the hotel. Finally tried the number where on your information indicated shuttle service. I am not blaming your company. I am suggesting you consider improving your service be adding more helpful information. Especially putting the hotels telephone number with the address.
