Most things worked as advertised. Parking garage was well lit but is very difficult to exit due to cars parking on up ramps. I realize the cars are parked in designated parking spots but if they are full size vehicles it makes it very difficult to pass by them. Seemed several other hotel shuttles came by a couple times before the Westin shuttle came by once but total time waiting was about 30 minutes as advertised.

Timely and reliable service. In the 5:30 a.m. van I was riding on Sept. 21, 2017, from the hotel to the DCA airport, the seat belt latch (in the seat right behind the driver) was broken and the sharp metal part protruded, which hurt my left palm slightly, but luckily I noticed it before I almost sat on it. It should be fixed/ replaced immediately.
