Book2park is fantastic! Great value! Flexible with changing times of reservations - helped a lot when we had to change our flights. The Crowne Plaza location is a bit annoying in terms of having to keep this small slip of paper as well as give them a print out of your parking reservation. We luckily found the slip and fortunately, you can print from your email in the lobby.

This is my second time booking with book2park. The first time I had to cancel my reservation and I was charged a fee so that really annoyed me. My experience this time around was very good. I will use them again when I fly out of DCA. The only thing I can say is that I paid for covered parking but ended up parking in a space that was not covered because I didn't see any additional covered spots for parking.

The shuttle was a few minutes late to and from DCA Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the hotel's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.

You system is a little different than the other hotel parking I have used - quite awkward actually. The hotel was very easy to find, a big plus and the driver was just excellent, very personable and helpful. The issue is with the "parking attendant" who could have been a good deal better. He saw me get off the van, go to my car with the driver and then did not bother leaving his conversation buddy out front to come to the gate. The gate notice said to insert my ticket, which I did and was told I owed $240. I went and got him and told him I had prepaid and he gives me this lecture about reading the info. We were actually yelling at each other for awhile which is really not acceptable. He needs to understand that sometimes travelers have encountered enormous amounts of sleep deprivation and stress, and be a little more understanding. At that point I had been up for about 30 hours and had endured a screaming child for most of a 5 hour flight. The ratings below: the 1 for attendant service is for this guy. The driver gets ATLEAST a 5. Thank you Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review.
