You system is a little different than the other hotel parking I have used - quite awkward actually. The hotel was very easy to find, a big plus and the driver was just excellent, very personable and helpful. The issue is with the "parking attendant" who could have been a good deal better. He saw me get off the van, go to my car with the driver and then did not bother leaving his conversation buddy out front to come to the gate. The gate notice said to insert my ticket, which I did and was told I owed $240. I went and got him and told him I had prepaid and he gives me this lecture about reading the info. We were actually yelling at each other for awhile which is really not acceptable. He needs to understand that sometimes travelers have encountered enormous amounts of sleep deprivation and stress, and be a little more understanding. At that point I had been up for about 30 hours and had endured a screaming child for most of a 5 hour flight. The ratings below: the 1 for attendant service is for this guy.
