The woman at the front desk was very rude and not helpful and the return shuttle took quite a lontg time to come piick me up at the airport. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the Hotels's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time as well for a good customer service and avoid this from happening again.

First time using the parking. The customer service rep forgot to give my license back to me. I got to airpot to check in and realized I didn't have it. Called the hotel and no one answered only to find out that the phone lines were down. Had to call airport taxi to get back to hotel to get ID. Hotel paid for taxi and shuttle took me back to airport only minutes to jet through security. Otherwise, good parking spot and no issues when I returned. I will use again, I will just make sure I get my license before I leave! Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. Ramada was timely and courteous when checking in, driving me to the airport, and picking me up from the airport. The shuttle left as soon as I got there to drop off at the airport and it only took about 10 minutes to get picked up from the airport, which is a lot better than other parking services I have used at BHM and other airports. Overall very satisfied.
