The positives were: convenient location, easy to access, great price point, and the staff was friendly. Two experiences that are notable of mentioning: we had to wait for the shuttle to take us to the airport because the shuttle driver is also the person who works the hotel front desk. I called the hotel when we knew our flights were going to be delayed to make them aware. I told the front desk person our approximate arrival time and was assured that we could still call and the shuttle would take us to our car. When we landed I did call and initially was told that the shuttle was no longer operating for the night. I did receive a call back and they did send the shuttle to get us. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for the shuttle. The information provided when I made the reservation stated that the shuttle would run every thirty minutes and was available until 11:00 pm. Our plane landed at 9:50.

As usual, I had a good experience. The representative at the front desk at the hotel was very polite and helpful. The shuttle bus left promptly after I registered. If you are renting a car, please let the shuttle bus driver know, so he can drop you off at the appropriate spot. My car was parked for 4 days. I didn't have any issues. I will definitely use Book2park.com again for my parking needs.

My experience with Book2park.com was great! The customer service representative was very helpful. I walked in and registered. After that, I went placed my red info tag in my car window. I came back and the CSR immediately took me to the airport and dropped me off. Also, I receive the same service on my return. The van came around within a good time frame, so I didn't have wait that long. I will for sure be using there services again.
