Let me just say that as far a a PARKING experience can go.............this place is the BEST! When we dropped off our car on the way out of town, we were greeted by the most pleasant young man named C.J. (Chris). He was polite & respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. It went off without a hitch, & we were on our way. Here's where it gets good! 5 days later, our return flight was delayed 1H 10Min. Which wouldn't have been a real problem except that once we arrived, in the pouring cold rain, we had to sit on the tarmac another 30 minutes because another plane, parked at our gate, had yet to disembark. Again, this would not have been a problem except that we were now past the deadline for pick up by the Aloft Hotels driver for return to our car. After a frantic phone call to the Hotel, where C.J., again on duty after midnight, put me in touch with Will, the driver of the shuttle, who assured me that while it was getting too late to retrieve us, he would do what he could to help, if only we could get our checked luggage, and get out to the pick up spot. As if NOTHING more could happen, the luggage was delayed and then switched THREE times from one spot to another, and almost 30 minutes later, we were finally retrieving our luggage, just as Will called with the final opportunity for us to catch the LAST RIDE back to the Aloft Hotel. He had 2 passengers, who were kind enough to allow this extra wait time, and Will was kind enough, more than 30 minutes after the time his shift should have ended, to wait for us to get to his vehicle, and return us to our vehicle. A nightmare was averted last night, when the fine tea of, C.J. & Will @ the Aloft Hotel near BWI went above & beyond the call to help us out. We will always remember this when re booking our parking stays @ BWI. Thanks guys.....you save d the day!
