Lot was great. Very easy to find lot A and wasn't far from front of hotel. Front desk was helpful when I checked in for departure to airport he called for schedule and said it would arrive in 5 minutes which it did. It was about 10 minutes to airport. Return trip was different experience. I arrived at 2h and called hotel as instructed. I was told schedule will be leaving hotel in 5 minutes this was at 9:25pm and schedule will arrive at airport in 15 minutes. Well shuttle didn't arrive til 9:55pm and there were no people on it for drop off so not sure what took so long. Ride back to hotel drive was doing something on cellphone before driving. there was no traffic which was great. Driver wasn't very friendly.
