Decent service for the cost and nice clear directions. I think the extra fees are a little high than the advertised price. Hotel shuttle takes guests to the mall and other places. Plus, it's a 10-15 minute ride to IAD. So, be early enough. I ended taking Uber to the airport for fear I'd miss my flight while shuttle driver was taking some guests to dinner. Dear Mr. Mayerhofer, thank you for your review. Each parking location provides us the shuttle service setup and the shuttle drives are provided on time as scheduled and stated on the website always.
