I am very pleased with most of my experiences with B2P. I did have one unfortunate occasion when I didn't notice that the hotel's shuttle hours were midnight to 6 am. I booked it and didn't discover until too late that it was completely worthless to me due to an earlier flight out. Since the reservation requires me to include the times I will need the shuttle, in my opinion it should not have allowed the transaction to process without at least a warning.
