Leaving from the hotel to the airport was easy. Getting from the airport back to the hotel was not so easy. I called to let them know I was there but after 45 minutes I did not see the shuttle. I called again and was told the shuttle was there and I missed it. No way it was there and I missed it; I suspect the shuttle never stopped in the pick up zone for just one person (me). We have communicated with the Doubletree's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.
