It's really a 4.5 rating out of 5.
On the way in, I arrived just as the shuttle was standing in front of the hotel and loading passengers, and the driver was kind enough to wait for me to park my car and fill out the paperwork before I boarded the bus. Additional people boarded the bus after me and we left at 1:30pm.
On the way out however, the shuttle was already on its way to Rt 28 from the airport around 4;45pm, when the driver received a phone call and was instructed to drive back to the airport to pick up a plane crew, which was late for the pickup. The crew said they had seen the shuttle leave, but they did not make it. Driving back for the extra pickup inconvenienced everyone who was already on the shuttle. It added15 minutes of time to the whole trip.
