The entrance to the Westin's garage was a little tricky to find since the address is listed as Jefferson Davis Highway but really the entrance is on the next street over. Other than that, it was perfect. I didn't use the shuttle (I was going to Union Station, not the airport, and the metro is a block away!!!) but I really appreciated how super super nice the concierge desk people are. I'll be parking there again on Thursday.
