At drop-off, hotel front-desk was very helpful, polite. Entire drop-off process took less than 5 minutes. I was provided a valet parking permit (which shall be hang on the rear-view mirror), and instructed to park on any available parking spaces on the side of the hotel. Parking lot is well-lit, secure. Shuttle bus to IAD airport: bus came in front of the hotel lobby right on scheduled time. On return flight back to IAD, my flight arrived around 1:00am. Aftar claimming checked baggages, I immediately called hotel front-desk to inform that I was ready for pickup at arrival station 2H. The receptionist politely replied and dispatched the shuttle. Roughly 15 minutes later, the shuttle arrived. Overall: Excellent service with reasonable rate! Strongly recommended.
