Aloft is a great company� All of the staff were very friendly, and the check-in and checkout process for parking was very simplistic and technology forward! When we arrived, we went to the front desk, where I spoke to the receptionist. She walked me through, scanning the code, and where to park, and she made it a really quick process as she knew we were trying to get to the airport. We got to the airport and the driver was nice, and it was a really short distance. Upon return when you call the number it�s connected directly to the driver who tells you where to meet him and he actually comes at a reasonable time which is the difference and sets aloft parking apart from other companies that take an extremely long amount of time to pick you up from the airport. When you�re arriving or when you�re getting in from a trip, all you wanna do is get back to your car back to your house and resume life as usual. Aloft made this possible for us with the seamless process and I would love to use them again ! Thank you!
