Arrival
Welcome! When you arrive at 1634 N. Bayshore Drive, please take a parking ticket from the machine at the garage entrance and keep it with you for your departure.
Covered: Please park on the 7th or 8th floor.
Uncovered: Please park on the 9th floor.
On the day of your reservation, please complete your self check-in at https://weparkinmiami.com/check-in. Then take the hotel elevator to the 1st floor and follow the signs to our check-in area. An attendant will verify your reservation, validate your parking, and help you with the shuttle. Check-in begins at 10:30 AM.
Transfer
The complimentary shuttle to the cruise terminal runs from 11 AM to 2:30 PM, every 30 minutes, for up to 4 passengers per reservation. You’re welcome to park outside shuttle hours, but you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to and from the port. Please plan to arrive with plenty of time before your cruise.
Return
After your cruise, please head to the designated shuttle pickup area at the port. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes starting at 7 AM. If you’ve been waiting more than 30 minutes, please call us at 305-928-5462. Back at the garage, simply present your validated parking ticket at the exit.
Lost Ticket Fee: A $60.00 fee will apply for all lost tickets.

The shuttle service is a courtesy; in the event you opt for other means of transportation it will be solely at your own expense.

NO OVERSIZE VEHICLES. No oversized vehicles with height dimension over 6'7".
No In-and-Out Privileges
We do not park oversize vehicles such as RVs or trucks.

If you exit and try to re-enter a facility that does not permit multiple entries, you will likely need to start a new parking session and may be charged the standard public rate or an additional fee.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

Location was easy to find. Parking car was no problem. 10 to 15 minute wait to left for cruise terminal. Pickup after the cruise was just as good. We were met at outside of terminal and told where to go. Van was waiting for us and took us right to parking garage. Got in our car and drove straight out out of garage and we were on our way.

Easy to find the garage. Clean and well kept garage. Many high end cars parked in it. Shuttle makes you pick reservation time, but then wait for the Shuttle. Waited about 20min for the Shuttle to the port. Didn't think it was too bad. On the way back though I had to go find the Shuttle dropping off people to get them to pick us up. The number they give you to call goes to a mailbox that it full. Was not impressed with the ease of getting a Shuttle back to the garage. The drivers are nice and drive is short, just time management doesn't seem to be the best.

My 1st time using this company. Very close to the Port of Miami. There was a bit of confusion with the address not matching when going in, plus person at entry didn�t speak English so couldn�t really answer an initial question. Regardless everything went smoothly. They organized the guest into which ship they are cruising per van. Returning on Pick up day was easy they pulled up & I didn�t have to wait. Our driver was wonderful, helping with my mobility scooter along with my baggage. I will use them again when I cruise next month (I usally cruise from Ft Lauderdale)
