Everyone at the lot was very friendly. As soon as we arrived Alvin greeted us and Eddie took our bags, put them in the shuttle and took us to our ship. Upon our return, even though there were 3 ships in, the shuttle arrived promptly and returned us and our luggage to the parking lot.

Even though the parking lot was full, Alvin was prompt to get our car parked and to get us to the shuttle. Upon our return, the shuttle was right there to bring us back to our car. Due to the large number of cars in the main lot, our car had been moved to an overflow lot, and we were promptly taken there. Upon our arrival, we noticed that our right rear taillight had been broken. Moses was very apologetic and said they would take care of it for us. Moses said he will order the replacement part and Johnny said he would take care of replacing the taillight when we return this Saturday for a 2-week reservation. He assured us that by the time we returned from our 14 days of cruising our car would be as good as new. It is always a pleasure to deal with people who take care of their customers. We have used this parking facility for several years and will continue to do so in the future. We have also recommended this facility to our friends who sail out of Tampa.

Another excellent experience. We were promptly greeted by Alvin and shown where to park. Johnny was there to load our luggage onto the shuttle and take us to our ship. When our ship returned (2 days late) Johnny was waiting for us at the pier to take us back to our car.

We were greeted with a smile from Alvin, who quickly took our luggage out of the car and put it on the shuttle. Johnny, the shuttle driver, was very pleasant and reminded us about the return procedure. Upon disembarking the ship, we were picked up by the shuttle and brought back to our car very quickly. All in all, a very pleasant experience, as usual

this is about 4th time I have used you. Everything went pretty smooth except with all the construction, was really hard getting into lot. Coming back, Alvin (I believe was his name) was Superman. He loaded everyone's baggage, some very heavy and got everyone on board and then unloaded it all at the lot. Your people did a great job.

As usual we were greeted warmly by the parking attendant, Johnny, who promptly loaded the shuttle and drove us to the ship. Upon our return, Alvin picked us up and was very pleasant and efficient in loading our luggage. We have always had a good experience parking at 241 at the Tampa Port and will continue to book in the future.
