Lot was dusty and they did not have EV charging. But, it was worth the price. A lot cheaper than the port parking fees. Friendly attendees and shuttle driver. Shuttle took a while to pick us up when we returned.

this is about 4th time I have used you. Everything went pretty smooth except with all the construction, was really hard getting into lot. Coming back, Alvin (I believe was his name) was Superman. He loaded everyone's baggage, some very heavy and got everyone on board and then unloaded it all at the lot. Your people did a great job.

I've used book2park twice in Tampa. The experience was good. The folks there were very friendly. The location couldn't have been better to board the cruise ship. They are "good people". We will be a repeat customer.

It was great only being a couple minutes from the port for the cruise. My only complaint is that the van that was used to take us is beat up pretty badly and the fact that there was not air conditioning and the fumes were terrible. The gentlemen was very friendly.

Attendants were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the condition of the shuttle van. The fumes coming from that van were horrible and the drivers seat was very worn out.

Perfect service. No delays. $20 cheaper than the port. Easy. Only complaint would be how dirty my car was when I got back due to the lot and the gate entrance does not coincide with the address. But it was still an easy find.
