Even though the parking lot was full, Alvin was prompt to get our car parked and to get us to the shuttle. Upon our return, the shuttle was right there to bring us back to our car. Due to the large number of cars in the main lot, our car had been moved to an overflow lot, and we were promptly taken there. Upon our arrival, we noticed that our right rear taillight had been broken. Moses was very apologetic and said they would take care of it for us. Moses said he will order the replacement part and Johnny said he would take care of replacing the taillight when we return this Saturday for a 2-week reservation. He assured us that by the time we returned from our 14 days of cruising our car would be as good as new. It is always a pleasure to deal with people who take care of their customers. We have used this parking facility for several years and will continue to do so in the future. We have also recommended this facility to our friends who sail out of Tampa.
