Book2Park was fantastic! Saved us a ton of money parking elsewhere than the airport! The shuttle was fantastic and the drivers were very courteous. We will definitely use your services again.

I thought the parking service was worth a 5. Check in was smooth and easy. The only suggestion I have is to let people know where the garage entrance is as it�s a bit hidden on the side of the building. The gentleman at the desk told us but it�s a bit tricky to find. I�ve already recommended this service to a friend as it makes traveling easier than searching for a car in the long term lot!

We would use book2park again when flying out of IAD. The transfers to and from the airport went smoothly. My only problem was finding our car on our return in the huge parking garage. The garage needs more marking identifications on columns or walls. Example G1A, G2B, G2C

A little more expensive than other lots, but the excellent service and covered parking made it worthwhile.

Our experience was excellent. Our car battery died and fortunately we received a jump start by the hotel staff. The covered parking garage was convenient as we had elevator access to it and a rolling cart.

Very convenient parking lot and shuttle. Indoor parking protected the. Ar and it was right next to the door and elevator. Highly recommended parking lot.
